Análisis de los derechos de participación ciudadana regulados en la Constitución del Ecuador

Desde que se empezó a incorporar la participación como componente de las políticas públicas se le han atribuido capacidades para desarrollar gestiones más justas, eficaces y legítimas. La evidencia arroja resultados desiguales, pero aun así la participación ciudadana es una realidad que implica la inversión de recursos y que parece haber llegado para quedarse. El planteamiento general consiste en reconocer la necesidad de desarrollar capacidad analítica para delimitar la práctica y mejorar el diseño de la oferta institucional participativa.
