Tecnologías Disruptivas en el Aprendizaje del Idioma Inglés. Una Revisión Sistemática

Resumen

El aprendizaje del idioma inglés se ha vuelto crucial en la sociedad globalizada actual, porque facilita la participación en proyectos internacionales, viajes, empleo y estudios. Este idioma no solo es fundamental para la comunicación, sino que también es el lenguaje predominante en el ámbito del conocimiento y la investigación. Este artículo tiene como objetivo caracterizar las tecnologías disruptivas disponibles para el aprendizaje del inglés a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura (SLR). Se plantearon las siguientes preguntas de investigación: ¿Cuáles son los tipos y las tecnologías disruptivas para el aprendizaje del inglés que se encuentran presentes en los estudios científicos de alto impacto? y ¿Cuál es la efectividad (%) de la aplicación de las tecnologías disruptivas en el aprendizaje del inglés? La metodología aplicada para este estudio es PRISMA. Entre los tipos de tecnologías disruptivas presentes en los artículos científicos se encuentran la Realidad Aumentada, la Inteligencia Artificial, la Gamificación y la Realidad Virtual. Además, se utilizan materiales multimedia, plataformas y herramientas virtuales, así como programas educativos. La efectividad de la aplicación de las tecnologías disruptivas en el aprendizaje del inglés, según los artículos científicos revisados, alcanzó un nivel de 72.8% en su implementación.
