La importancia del baile como rutina diaria para mantener una salud física y emocional óptima

El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es analizar los aportes teóricos del baile y proporcionar información relevante que fomente su práctica en la rutina diaria de las personas, mejorando así su salud física y emocional. Se utilizó la metodología PRISMA, y las bases de datos consultadas fueron Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet y Google Académico. De un registro inicial de 1039 artículos, se seleccionaron 15 que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Como hallazgo principal, se encontró que el baile mejora tanto la salud física como emocional y puede ser integrado como un componente esencial de las rutinas diarias. Además, se destaca la importancia de investigar cómo las barreras socioeconómicas y culturales influyen en el acceso a estas actividades, garantizando que el baile sea una opción viable y accesible para todos.
