Beneficios de la Actividad Física en el Rendimiento Académico de los estudiantes del subnivel medio

Analizar los beneficios de la actividad física en el rendimiento académico de estudiantes del subnivel medio de Educación General Básica, permite cumplir el objetivo de realizar una revisión sistemática con el fin de proporcionar una visión actualizada de sus beneficios. Siguiendo las directrices de la declaración PRISMA, se llevó a cabo búsquedas en múltiples bases de datos académicas, incluyendo Dialnet, Science Direct, PUBMED, Google Académico y Scielo, permitiendo identificar un conjunto inicial de 477 artículos. Después de aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 25 estudios que cumplían con los requisitos de relevancia. Como hallazgo principal, se evidenció una relación positiva predominante entre la actividad física y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de nivel medio. Además, se destaca la importancia de tener en cuenta el factor socioeconómico y motivacional en futuras investigaciones ya que estos pueden incidir tanto en los niveles de actividad física como en el rendimiento académico.
