Importancia de la determinación de dimero d cómo marcador de riesgo en pacientes con covid- 19

Resumen

Este articulo trata sobre la importancia de la realización de rutina de Dimero D en pacientes COVID-19 y en aquellos que han superado la enfermedad mencionada, como predictor de gravedad y como marcador de secuelas respectivamente, debido a que la hipercoagulabilidad en pacientes COVID-19 es ambigua se considera que la prueba de Dimero D es un marcador global de activación de la hemostasia en pacientes que han sido infectados por el virus del SARSCOV-2 y por ende permite verificar, predecir complicaciones y secuelas, gracias a este examen de laboratorio el resultado le sirve al facultativo de la salud como guía para la instauración terapéutica y profiláctica pertinentes en pacientes con valores elevados del mismo.
